If your a member on clubpenguin you can buy items but non members cant you can get items but not from the item catolog only when there are parties on clubpenguin there wil be a box you click on the box and a bubble will appear do you want to pick of this item then you click yes if you dont want it click no its your choice members are lucky they get buy items decorate there igloos and buy any color puffles but non members can buy only a blue puffle and a red puffle only two puffles and members can go inside secret rooms when there is a party.
