Ok, so this is an easy way to transform your computer's mouse pointer arrow thing so that it is a PENGUIN! You need to download a simple bit of software, and it installs into your Internet Explorer. From there it lets you transform the mouse pointer to anything you want, from a massive range of shapes, creatures, animations and more!
